WELCOME TO WATERBURY PARK

Waterbury Park is located on Waterbury Avenue in the Bronx. Tons of families bring their little ones to play on the play stations and they spend hours on them. It is definitely a great spot for children to unwind and run around. Such play areas Waterbury Park has are swings for babies and older children, a huge slide and monkey barred play station, handball courts, and two basketball courts.

Waterbury Park has always been a place where smiles last forever. It is truly endless fun for the children. The park has been through alot in the years it has been up. The park has been through renovations that have brought a pool, two huge sand boxes, and now a sprinkler. Especially during the summer, families can have tons of fun with their children cooling themselves off in the sprinklers. Above all else, Waterbury Park is where memories are made. Especially with me. Remembering all those times playing in the park as a child with my friends seems like it was yesterday. No matter how much older I get, I will forever play in Waterbury Park because of the hockey rink. There has to be a reason why my house is right across the street from the park, and I have always thought of it as a blessing. Waterbury Park is like my home away from home, and I will never take it for granted.
